I’m Jonathan, a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect and Presales Engineer at Alturna-Tech, where I specialize in crafting and validating cutting-edge tech solutions tailored to meet unique customer challenges. With a rich background in end-user computing and a deep understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies, I thrive in environments that demand out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem-solving.

My journey in the tech world has been diverse and enriching. From being a Citrix/Network Administrator at Orlando Health to a Senior Technical Relationship Manager at Citrix Systems, and now leading the charge in architectural design and enterprise implementations at Alturna-Tech, I’ve honed my skills in account management, customer demos, and presentations. My expertise lies in navigating complex technical landscapes and translating them into actionable, customer-centric solutions.

I’m proud of my track record in fostering long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions I architect not only meet but exceed expectations. My role involves a blend of technical acumen and strategic thinking, whether it’s designing cloud integration strategies or drafting Statements of Work and Bill of Materials.

Education has always been a cornerstone of my growth. I hold a B.S. in Religion – Christian Ministries from Liberty University, which has provided me with a unique perspective in my professional endeavors. Additionally, I’m committed to continuous learning, as evidenced by my array of certifications, including Nutanix NCM-MCI, VMware VCAP7-DTM 2020, and ITIL Foundations v3, among others.
